I. Sweepstakes Period

The “Heartheris $1,000 Summer Giveaway” (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time on July 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on September 22, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

All entries must be received during the Promotion Period. The Sponsor’s computer systems are the official timekeeping device for determining the timing of entries.

II. Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Heartheris Health (“Sponsor”) located at: 1441 Woodmont Ln NW #968, Atlanta, GA 30318, United States

III. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 49 United States and District of Columbia, excluding Rhode Island, who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is higher, at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, representatives, contractors and agents of the Sponsor and its affiliates, advertising or promotion partners, and their immediate family or household members are not eligible.

The Sweepstakes is void in Rhode Island and where otherwise prohibited or restricted by law.

IV. How to Enter

There is no purchase necessary to enter or win. 

During the Promotion Period, a new 30-Day Flow™ subscription receives one (1) automatic entry and a new 90-Day Flow™ subscription receives three (3) automatic entries. Subscription renewals do not generate additional entries.

To enter without making a purchase, send a separate email to support@heartheris.com with the subject line: Heartheris Sweepstakes Entry

The email must include the entrant’s full name, state of residence, ZIP code and date of birth. Each separate eligible email received during the Promotion Period earns one (1) entry. An eligible participant may submit up to three (3) separate free-entry emails during the Promotion Period. Each email must be submitted separately. Multiple entry requests contained within a single email will count as one (1) entry.

V. Entry Limit

There is a maximum of three (3) entries per person during the Promotion Period, regardless of entry method or combination of entry methods. Use of multiple email addresses, accounts or identities does not increase the three-entry maximum.

VI. Prize Details

The Sweepstakes will award the following prizes:

Grand Prize: One (1) winner will receive $1,000 cash.

Other Prizes: Ten (10) winners will each receive $10 in Heartheris store credit.

Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $1,100.

Heartheris store credits may be redeemed toward eligible purchases at Heartheris.com, are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with their prize.

VII. Winner Selection & Notification

Potential winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted within the first week of the following month by the Sponsor or its agents.

Potential winners will be contacted using the information associated with their entry. If a potential winner is ineligible or cannot be contacted within a reasonable period, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

VIII. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, attempts to circumvent the entry limit, submits fraudulent information or otherwise violates these Official Rules.

If technical failures, fraud, hacking, force majeure or other circumstances compromise the integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor may modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes and, where appropriate, determine winners from eligible entries received before the disruption.

The Sponsor’s decisions concerning administration of the Sweepstakes and eligibility of entries are final to the extent permitted by law.

IX. Release & Limitation of Liability

By entering, each participant agrees, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives from liability for loss, injury, damage, cost or expense arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize.

The Sponsor makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding any prize except as required by applicable law.

X. Disputes

To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes, claims or causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes will be resolved individually, without resort to a class action.

XI. Winner List

To obtain the names of the winners, available approximately two weeks after the drawing date, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:

XII. Privacy & Email Communications

Information submitted by participants is subject to the Heartheris Privacy Policy. By entering the Sweepstakes, participants consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information as set forth therein, and consent to receiving emails from Heartheris. Participants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time without affecting an otherwise valid Sweepstakes entry.
